IMMIGRANT ASSISTANCE CENTER
The mission of our Immigrant Assistance Center is to support the successful integration of immigrant and refugee families by providing comprehensive case management and culturally responsive support. We empower individuals to navigate the challenges of resettlement, overcome barriers, and thrive in their new communities.
Walk-In Hours:
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: 2PM – 6PM
- Wednesdays: 9AM – 1PM
Case Management
Clients do not need an appointment. Case management includes information dissemination, services, and referrals. While we can’t promise a positive outcome for each issue, we work closely with each client to build an action plan.
Our multilingual case managers provide:
- Advocacy, empowerment, & education
- Clothing and furniture referrals
- Food and diaper distribution
- Physical and mental health resource navigation
- Financial counseling
- Legal referrals and safety planning
- Crisis support for detention and deportation situations
We also hosts many partner agencies during walk-in hours to facilitate access to services, including Orange Card enrollment, tax consultation, congregational nurse visit, Coordinated Entry Access Point, and more.

Community Building
The Immigrant Assistance Center offers some additional programming in the form of workshops and community building. These programs seek to engage and empower the immigrant community by providing the tools to confidently navigate life challenges and facilitating networks of interdependence. Many of these programs are offered in collaboration with other community partners, including financial literacy, technology education, English learning classes, and an entrepreneurship series.
We aim to create a society where immigrants and refugees are empowered, supported, and valued as vital contributors to the fabric of our communities.
