- Health and Wellness
FaithAction connected hundreds of families to essential health resources through workshops, mobile clinics, and on-site nursing support. - FaithAction ID Program
More than 400 individuals received FaithAction IDs in 2024, providing access to healthcare, education, and community services. - Community Building
From our Unity Walk to Multicultural Thanksgiving, we celebrated cultural diversity and strengthened connections across communities. - Advocacy and Research
Partnering with Camino Research Institute, we gathered over 300 survey responses to better understand the needs of the Latine community and advocate for health equity.
